COLUMBUS – The Columbus Destroyers, presented by GermainCars.com, proudly announced a partnership today withKaleidoscope Youth Center for ‘Pride Night’ this Friday at Nationwide Arena at 7:00 pm when the team takes on the Atlantic City Blackjacks. In the lead-up to this special night, the Destroyers are donating $5 back to KYC for each ticket purchased using the ticket link bit.ly/pridegame7.
“We are very excited to partner with the Columbus Destroyers,” said KYC Deputy Director Karen Hewitt, who will do the coin toss during the pre-game ceremony on Friday night. “Visibility and representation continue to be extremely important in this work. In athletics especially, it is so important for people to be able to be themselves and to create successful opportunities in their future.”

To show their support, some of the Destroyers players will be wearing rainbow-themed shoelaces during the game on Friday night.
“We are excited to be working with such a tremendous organization like Kaleidoscope Youth Center,” said Destroyers Chief Operating Officer Rich Witmeyer. “The staff there does so many things in the city of Columbus to help provide stability and support to a group that most certainly needs it.”
